Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are requested for installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs) at two pedestrian crossings on Market Street (SR 0230). Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid, a Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and an Anti-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in the bids.
