Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for asphalt paving and resurfacing at various locations throughout the City. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt pavement, placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA), and all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications.
