The estimated quantities for sample units of work include: 2" Milling - 14,810 SY; 8" Full Depth Concrete Base Repair - 1188 SF; SR12.5A HMA Overlay (20% RAP)(PG70-22) - 1835 TONS; Emulsified Bonding Liquid (EBL) - 3,520 GAL; Cover Material (CM-L-2)(Seal) - 76.6 CY. Additional work includes Unclassified Excavation, Aggregate Base (AB-3)(6"), Pavement Marking, Traffic Control, and Mobilization. Bidders must submit a bid bond for 5% of the total bid. Performance and payment bonds are required from the successful bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities, and may hold bids for up to sixty days to review and investigate qualifications.
