Specifically, the scope of this call for tenders includes, but is not limited to: . the repair of drinking water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer services, as well as the reconstruction of connections and various required accessories; . the connection of the proposed services to existing networks; . the complete reconstruction of the roadway, including connections to cross streets; . the installation of foundation drains; . the construction of concrete sidewalks and curbs; . the installation of concrete bases, electrical conduits, and coordination with Hydro-Sherbrooke; . the adjustment of Bell's access shafts; . leveling and paving work . cleaning, sealing, and disinfection tests of new drinking water pipes; . cleaning, checking for pipe deformation, and televised inspection of new sewer pipes; . marking and small signage; . the complete renovation of the premises.
