Site work for a civil project in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work includes two projects: Project A (Lift Station No. 1 Valve Replacement) and Project B (WPCF Chlorine Contact Channel Isolation Valve Replacement). The scope includes, but is not limited to, temporary erosion and sediment control measures, trenching, excavation, shoring, dewatering, bedding, backfill, compaction, installation of new plug and butterfly valves, vault work, line stop fitting, surface restoration, bypass pumping, demolition and removal of existing valves and parts, and installation of associated piping and appurtenances. Access to project bid documents is provided online. All bidders must use the regular forms provided and submit a bid bond or certified check of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Payment and performance bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount are required from the successful bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities, and postpone the award for up to 45 days. All bidders must comply with applicable local, State, and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity.
