This sources sought notice is issued for information and acquisition planning purposes only to identify potential qualified vendors capable of providing a complete expansion and upgrade of an existing video security surveillance system. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified personnel necessary to remove and replace security cameras and associated infrastructure. The requirement covers the installation of approximately 137 brand name or equal surveillance cameras of various types, including PTZ, dome, bullet, multi-sensor, dual-head, LPR, and 360-degree cameras, along with mounts, adapters, dome covers, IR illuminators, Ethernet PoE switches, transceivers, racks, cabling, consumables, software licenses, and system installation services. The solution must integrate with Cynergy licensing for each camera and include applicable warranties. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed all draft salient characteristics and system requirements and possess required certifications, including Avigilon Certified Technician, Cambium Networks Certified, R-56 Certified, and Motorola Solutions Premier Service Partner. Responses will be used solely to assess market capabilities, business size classifications under NAICS 561621, compliance with applicable FAR and SBA requirements, availability of commercial off-the-shelf items, lead times, lifespan and support, pricing for market research, and existing federal contract vehicles.
