If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d). DOT reserves its right to reject any or all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 27:7-30 and N.J.S.A. 27:7-33.
