Ray County, Missouri is accepting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and insured HVAC contractors to evaluate, recommend, and repair and/or replace four existing heating and cooling systems serving the detention area (located in the attic space) at the Ray County Jail in Henrietta, Missouri. Bidders shall provide a detailed evaluation of existing systems, recommended scope of work, equipment specifications if replacement is proposed, itemized pricing, warranty information, and an estimated timeline for commencement and completion. A site visit must be scheduled through the Ray County Sheriff’s Office. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Ray County Clerk’s Office, 100 West Main Street, Richmond, Missouri 64085, no later than Noon, Monday, May 11, 2026. Bids must be clearly marked: “Sealed Bid – HVAC Services, Ray County Jail – Bid Opening 05/14/2026”.
