Reference Number 0000410538 Source ID PP.CO.USA.2730992.C18193276 Piggyback Contract No Purchase Type Duration: 5 years KUB will be hosting a bid for Round Ductile Iron Utility Poles on a five year supply agreement. Bidders should include freight and all related costs (fuel/unloading etc.) in the per pole price as the terms of the bid are FOB Destination. KUB will be evaluating this bid on price, delivery lead time, adherance to KUB's provided specifications and reference information. Please provide manufacturer literature and pertinent information on pole designs and specs. A minimum of three references should be provided. Estimated annual usages are provided on the Attachment A. KUB plans to issue a supply agreement for a wide variety of poles that may be purchased across the life of the agreement. There are seven poles that KUB stocks on its campus that are the primary purchases, as well as two types of touch-up paint. The rest may be purchase on an "As Needed" basis.
