Renovation of a multi-residential development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Holman Apartments building's roof replacement and interior repairs: replace roofing, replace roof sheathing as needed, install fall protection, replace fascia boards, replace gutters and downspouts, scope and clean out storm drain lines, patch and repair interiors where water damaged, remove shelving in closets for attic access, install attic partition rated access panels, protect/replace/repair surrounding landscape as needed due to construction activities. All bids must comply with the requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. This opportunity is only available to contractors with a current University of Oregon retainer contract for construction services. Clarifying questions must be submitted to Melissa Moshofsky, Owners Representative via email at melmos@uoregon.edu . Substitution requests are to be submitted to Jeff Bringenberg, Soderstrom Architects via email at jeffb@sdra.com and copy Owner's Representative.
