The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba rabbittransit, is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for costs necessary for the removal and replacement of various surveillance cameras, mounting hardware, and accessories to improve surveillance coverage. The project also includes replacement of existing access control system panels, new card readers, and associated door security hardware to improve security at Middletown Train Station and the Zarfoss Building. Bidding firms are responsible for all costs incurred in the development of their responses to this IFB, and such costs must not be included in the cost proposals. All materials, questions, addenda, and submissions will be addressed via the PennBid.net platform. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be subjected to discrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin. The Authority reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the IFB process. Late or misdirected submittals will not be accepted or evaluated.
