The project will consist of the following work, to begin after October 24, 2026: Construction of a parking lot. Construction of two pavilion site plans. Concrete slabs for two pavilions. Sidewalk Improvements. Erosion and sediment control. Related incidental work. The work covered under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services and the installation and construction of all items, and the performance of all work necessary to complete the work shown or called for on the drawings and/or in this project manual.
