Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Lebanon, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Sealed bids are requested for replacing three concrete box culverts. Bidders should contact the office at 223 North Spalding Avenue, Suite 201, Lebanon, KY, or call (270) 692-3451 for bid specifications. All proposals will be considered, and the authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Contractor to be pre-qualified with Ky. D.O.T. to do State Work. Demolition of existing bridge and removal of debris. o Box culvert to be 24 feet wide o Box culvert opening to be 5 feet long. o Box culvert opening to be 4 tall. o Box culvert to have HS25 load rating. o Box culvert must have 6" curbing on each side. o All materials to meet Ky. D.O.T. Standards. o Box culvert to be backfilled by builder with material suitable for roadway. o County will provide and haul all material used for backfill. o Contractor must get appropriate permits.
