Woodstock Hospital (WH) is looking to pre-qualify Civil Construction Contractors with a proven record of providing relevant services, as the first stage of a two stage competitive process, to bid on upcoming and future projects. For reference, the first project we will undertake is a parking lot expansion project, which is intended for completion in 2026. It is the intention of Woodstock Hospital to award Vendor of Record (VOR) status to a reasonable number of proponents, who successfully prove their capabilities and qualifications, as a result of this RFSQ. Pre-qualified firms may be invited to submit proposals for future capital projects and renovations at Woodstock Hospital or properties owned by Woodstock Hospital, and will be expected to uphold hospital standards for infection control, safety, and operational continuity. The number of pre-qualified suppliers that will be invited to submit tenders for future procurement, will be based on the Second Stage Selection details outlined within.
