The project consists of seismic strengthening and renovation of Fire Station 404. The project scope includes seismic strengthening and renovation for Fire Station 404 at 100 NW 67th St., Redmond, OR 97756. The building portion in scope consists of a singlestory, 5,384-square-foot structure. The remodel scope includes reprogramming of the existing living quarters spaces to accommodate additional sleeping rooms. The original reinforced masonry structure was built in 1992, with a wood-frame addition built in 2008. The building includes an apparatus bay, living spaces, offices, and a fitness room. The intent is to strengthen the building to an Immediate Occupancy (Seismic Risk Category IV) seismic performance level.
