Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), on behalf of Addison Square Townhomes, is seeking quotes from qualified Contractors for modernization, development, and unit upgrades at a four-bedroom unit located at Addison Townhomes. All questions regarding the RFQ and requirements must be emailed to Yasvel Couso Trigo cousotrigoy@cmha.net by May 11, 2026 at 10am This project consists of unit upgrades to a 4 bedroom D-type Townhome unit to include: remove and replace flooring throughout the entire unit, replace vinyl base throughout the entire unit, replace stairway treads, replace all baseboard heater covers, all kitchen cabinets, bathroom mirrors and vanities replaced, bathroom sinks and faucets replaced, install bi-fold closet doors in all 4 bedrooms, replace all (4) bedroom doors, replace all (2)bathroom doors, all (7)blinds replaced, install covers on all light fixtures, replace refrigerator, replace (40 gal) hot water tank, replace range stove, remove and replace (2) toilets and toilet seats, repair drywall and paint as needed. The work includes all permits, labor, materials and equipment for the work per attached scope of work. All quantities + measurements provided are approximate. Contractor is to verify all measurements+ quantities in the field. This project contains project contingencies in the amount of $5,000.00 for unforeseen conditions.
