The State of Tennessee is inviting Short Listed General Contractor bids for the UTS Johnston Center Upgrades (24/25) project at the University of Tennessee Southern in Pulaski, Giles. Bidders may examine documents at the Designer's office or listed Plan Rooms, and those obtaining Bidding Documents become Bidders of Record for notifications. Hard copies of the Bidding Documents are available for purchase. Bids are to be received at the specified address for the University of Tennessee Southern, and a pre-bid conference will be held at the same location and via Zoom. Instructions specify that bidders must be licensed and qualified per state law, submit a five percent (5%) Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified/cashier's check made payable to the State of Tennessee, and comply with a non-discrimination policy.
