The Town desires to develop a master plan for the Cooperage site that is beneficial to the local economy. The end result should include a combination of uses that will engage visitors and residents while capturing the historic and environmental assets of the site. Ultimately, this mixed-use master plan represents a strategic investment in the future--one that not only drives economic development but also creates an inclusive, engaging, and enduring environment for Belhaven residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
