The Centennial Concert Hall's production communication systems, which are original to the building's construction, will be completely replaced. The new systems will include updated digital audio for program and paging throughout backstage dressing rooms, hallways, production offices, and front of house areas. Live video will be added to dressing rooms, offices, and screens throughout the front of house, with video also provided from an infrared camera for use during black-out cues. A wireless production network will be installed to allow actors and production staff to communicate digitally on a private and secured network. Both wired and wireless 'Clear Com' systems will be provided to enable departments such as audio and lighting to communicate amongst themselves during setup and technical rehearsals, with the ability to join together during showtime. The completed systems will be a fully integrated paging and program sound system, updated Wi-Fi network, and a complete video distribution system. Proponents must determine all matters concerning access, power supplies, existing services, utilities, or other materials necessary for the completion of the services, including conditions that could affect the performance of the services, and will assume all risk for existing conditions that could have been determined through a site examination. It will be the responsibility of the Proponent to determine all matters concerning access to the location, power supplies, location of existing services, utilities, or other materials necessary for the completion of the Services, including other matters that could in any way affect the performance of the Services. The Proponent will assume all risk for existing conditions that have been or could have been determined through a site examination.
