Remodeling of a military facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,300-square-foot military facility.

Replace carpet tiles within spaces 6S13-04, 6S13-05, 6S13-03, and 6S13-02. Existing rolled carpet must be disposed of at no additional cost to the government. Vendor will lift and/or relocate furniture and return all furniture to its original locations upon completion of work. Vendor is responsible for any security delays in accessing the campus and construction location. Background checks are required for all employees and sub-contractors. Vendor must offer carpet options similar to the existing building standard, from which the government will select one option. The carpet must comply with all GSA, DHS, and Coast Guard requirements and industry practices. All work must be completed within one workday, scheduled at a mutually agreed business day. The project area is approximately 1,300 square feet of carpet squares; a diagram of the area will be provided.
