Remodeling of a military facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,300-square-foot military facility.

Replace carpet tiles within spaces 6S13-04, 6S13-05, 6S13-03, and 6S13-02. Existing rolled carpet must be disposed of at no additional cost to the government. Vendor will lift and/or relocate furniture and return all furniture to its original locations upon completion of work. Vendor is responsible for any security delays in accessing the campus and construction location. Background checks are required for all employees and sub-contractors. Vendor must offer carpet options similar to the existing building standard, from which the government will select one option. The carpet must comply with all GSA, DHS, and Coast Guard requirements and industry practices. All work must be completed within one workday, scheduled at a mutually agreed business day. The project area is approximately 1,300 square feet of carpet squares; a diagram of the area will be provided. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Tuesday, May 5 th , 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to provide all labor, materials and equipment for carpet and tile replacement services at USCG Base National Capital Region, located at 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE Washington, D.C. 20593.
