Services may be required at the following locations: Saint Louis Zoo - Forest Park Campus One Government Drive, St. Louis, MO 63110 Saint Louis Zoo - WildCare Park Campus 12385 Larimore Road, St. Louis, MO 63138 Sears Lehmann Jr. Wildlife Reserve 4628 St. Louis Rock Road, Villa Ridge MO 63089 This solicitation is intended to establish a pool of qualified Vendors of Record to provide on-call, as-needed services, with a primary emphasis on: Emergency response Urgent repair and system restoration Unplanned maintenance and operational support This contract is not intended to serve as a guaranteed or exclusive preventative maintenance agreement or capital improvement program. Work will be issued at the Zoo's discretion based on operational need. This procurement shall be conducted using a Best-Value methodology. The Zoo reserves the right to make multiple awards under this solicitation.
