Construction of the new, greenfield 10-million gallons per day (MGD) Mary's Creek Water Reclamation Facility located at 11091 Chapin Road. A portion of the major equipment has been preselected, with bid information included in the appendices. Facilities and improvements will include: equalization and peak flow storage basins with mixing systems; preliminary treatment unit with coarse screens, grit removal, and fine screens; bioreactor distribution box; bioreactors with a scum pump station; membrane tanks; return activated sludge and waste activated sludge pump station; operations building with administration facilities, maintenance bay, blower room, pump room, and electrical room; ultraviolet disinfection system; cascade aeration system; outfall; chemical feed and storage systems for ferric sulfate, supplemental carbon, and sodium hypochlorite; reuse and service water pump station; sludge holding tanks; solids building with thickening equipment, dewatering equipment, polymer feed and storage systems, blowers, and electrical and control rooms; return flow pump station; odor control facilities; electrical buildings and related electrical systems throughout; radio communications tower; civil site work including paving, grading, vaults, excavation and excavation support, and yard piping; and instrumentation and controls and physical security measures for an integrated and operational system.
