The contractor is also responsible for repairing any areas outside of the field that are disturbed during construction. Turn under grass on existing field 2. Redo entire irrigation system - minimum warranty of 1 year from date of install must be provided 3. Stock pile warning track materials to reuse (warning track to extend from foul pole to foul pole, covering the entire perimeter of the field) 4. Stock pile infield clay to reuse (must meet 60/40 sand to clay and be approx. 5" in depth) 5. Laser grade entire field to help with drainage 6. Add two loads of sand and smooth before sod for a smooth finish 7. Resod entire field with TifTurf Bermuda sod, guaranteed 20 days from install. Roll with roller to ensure smooth surface 8. Build and install pitcher's mound, install bases and plate 9. Reinstall bullpens to current locations 10.
