Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Dacula, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Project includes the demolition of the existing synthetic turf, installation of new synthetic turf and infill, and a new football/soccer goal system. Question Deadline 05/20/2026 at 3:00 PM ET This project consists of the replacement of the synthetic turf system on the multi-purpose field. The work includes, but is not limited to: o Remove and cap all irrigation lines within the limits of the field o Remove curb island around flagpole and provide flush concrete paving to adjacent walks o Add domestic waterlines to each sideline, including a turf vault box with a quick connect o Provide (2) new pedestrian gates at 6' perimeter fence o Demolition of existing synthetic turf o New synthetic turf and infill with cooling technology, with striping to match existing o New football/soccer goal system The field will be closed during construction. However, the park will remain open. It will be the contractor's responsibility to secure the work areas and to protect the public from hazards.
