The purpose is to obtain pricing from vendors to furnish and deliver Corrugated Aluminum Pipe and Aluminum Bands for Moore County Maintenance to replenish inventory. Bids must be submitted according to the terms and conditions specified. It is the vendor's responsibility to read all instructions and comply with all requirements and specifications. Vendors must obtain and comply with any addenda. Any questions, issues, or exceptions with the IFB must be submitted as questions per instructions. Any changes due to questions will be communicated as an addendum. Bids must be firm offers held open for the required period. Any additional or modified terms submitted with a bid will be disregarded unless expressly agreed upon through negotiation and incorporated into a Best and Final Offer (BAFO). Noncompliance, or attempts to alter or delete mandatory language, may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.
