Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hoback Junction, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,600-square-foot road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of furnishing all traffic control, labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and associated incidentals required to asphalt patch four locations on Beckley Parkway, at the Stilson Transit Center, with a combined approximate total area of 1,600 square feet. Bids are to be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Bids received after the specified time will be rejected. Bids are to be made on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All prospective bidders must register at www.publicpurchase.com to access bidding documents and submit responses. Questions regarding the project must be submitted through Public Purchase no later than seven days before bid opening; answers will be provided no later than four days before bid opening. A five percent bid preference applies to Wyoming Resident Contractors, and all bidders must comply with the Preference for State Laborers/Wyoming Preference Act of 1971. Resident contractor certification must be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of Teton County.
