The Bear Creek Stables Arena Repair Project consists of reestablishing a safe equestrian riding and training surface on a 27,000 square foot equestrian arena. Remove the existing layer of sand and stockpile on site. Regrade base layer to allow for drainage between 1% to 2% grade from top to bottom (east to west) and center to edges (north to south). Compact base. Reuse the existing sand to the extent feasible. Sand must be cleaned of weeds before reuse. If additional sand is required follow provided District specifications to procure sand. Laser-level applied sand to a consistent depth of 4-6 inches. Water and compact sand. Groom the surface to a final smooth finish ready for equestrian riding and training activities. May 28, 2026 Pre-Construction Meeting and deadline to submit Labor and Materials Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Proof of Insurance, and signed Agreement June 10, 2026 Work on site complete
