Spokane VAMC requires comprehensive Asbestos Management Services to support ongoing facility operations and construction activities. Services include conducting semi-annual surveillance of known asbestos-containing materials to assess condition and ensure continued compliance, and performing triennial asbestos reinspections in accordance with applicable federal and VA requirements. The contractor shall also provide independent third-party oversight of asbestos abatement projects, including on-site monitoring, documentation review, and verification that abatement activities are performed safely and in compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, the contractor shall perform pre-construction asbestos surveys to identify, sample, and document asbestos-containing materials prior to renovation and small-scale construction projects, supporting accurate project planning and safe execution of work. Location: Spokane VA Medical Center, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. Period of Performance. The Period of Performance for the base year of this contract begins on September 1 st, 2026, and ends August 31st, 2027. Each subsequent Option Year begins and ends, as follows The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
