All inquiries relative to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be submitted on IonWave and will be answered through IonWave up to the Q & A deadline Question Deadline: 5/11/2026 10:00 AM (MT) The scope of this project is to provide all the labor, materials, tools, and equipment, insurance, and bonding necessary, but limited to, completing the Sandy City 2026 Overlay Project on 1300 East between Sego Lily Drive to 10600 South. The work includes Profile Milling 1300 East at the Sego Lily intersection. Concrete Complete all concrete replacement prior to any milling or paving activities. Concrete work consists of the replacement of miscellaneous concrete items including, but not limited to curb and gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, drive approaches, and waterways. Replace concrete sections in a timely manner. The contractor is responsible for their excavations and needs to protect them. Work is detailed in the plans and specifications (refer to Sandy City standard drawings and details for concrete replacement). Landscaping The Contractor is to coordinate with homeowners/businesses before, during, and following construction activities as necessary. The Contractor is required to restore all work areas to "as-good-as" or "better-than" pre-existing conditions, and their bid should reflect any/all such work. Any damage to irrigation systems - sprinkler lines or heads - are to be repaired within 24 hours following the completion of concrete work. All remaining landscaping disturbed during construction is to be restored to pre-existing conditions within 72 hours following the completion of concrete work or as directed by the engineer. (All landscaping in areas owned by Sandy City must be inspected by a Sandy City Parks representative). Milling Mill the entire paved width of 1300 E between Sego Lily Drive and through the 10600 South intersection (both north and southbound). Start on the pavement seam visible on the north leg at Sego Lily Drive and continue through the intersection. Stop on the south leg at 10600 South. Flaggers or off-duty police officers will be necessary to mitigate traffic when stopping at or passing thru the intersections. Traffic is allowed on the milled surface for no more than 24 hours after milling
