The scope of work is the acceptance of sealed bids for two school buses and one passenger vehicle: Bus #31 (2010 Thomas gas 14 passenger, mileage 133,351, VIN#1GBJG31K491128447), Bus #32 (2010 Thomas gas 14 passenger, mileage 138,638, VIN#1GBJG31K391128374), and Vehicle #38 (2007 GMC Yukon gas 8 passenger, mileage 190,032, VIN#1GKFK163X7J196310). Instructions to bidders: Bids must include the full name, phone number, the bus/vehicle number, and the bid amount. To place a bid on multiple vehicles, use a separate sheet of paper for each bid. All payments must be in cash or by certified check made out to the school district. Bids should be dropped off at the District Administration office or mailed as specified. The highest bidder for each vehicle will be notified, and vehicles must be removed from school district property by the specified deadline.
