Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Somerville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Healey Classroom: The project will be a construction of approximately 2500 sf science laboratory classroom space on the 2nd floor Room 208 of the Healey School to convert into five small classroom/office spaces. The proposed classroom location currently serves as an under utilize science lab and to be converted into five small classroom/office space to better utilize the space usage. Healey Cafeteria: The project will be installation of acoustic walls and/or ceiling panels in the parameter of the cafeteria of approximately 1200 sf. The scope of work involves mounting the panels and installation labor as noted in the bid drawings and specifications. The work is expected to begin in June at end of school and be completed by end of July. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
