North Branch Area Schools is seeking proposals from qualified asphalt contractors for asphalt paving projects at the following locations: North Branch Elementary School, North Branch High School, and Quest High School/Early Learning Center. Sealed bids must be received at the North Branch Educational Services Center, Superintendent's Office. All bids must be in plain envelopes marked "NBAS 2026 Asphalt Improvement Project." Proposals received after the designated date and time will not be accepted or considered. Proposals must remain firm for forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond, a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, and an Iran Business Relationship Affidavit.
