Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Douglas County is requesting bids from qualified companies for all work and/or goods set forth in the specifications regarding concrete pavement and curb inlet repairs. Bidders are required to provide a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed by the State of Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the United States Department of the Treasury. Acceptable substitutes for a bid bond include a certified check, an official bank check, a cashier's check drawn on a national bank or a bank chartered under state law, payable to Douglas County, lawful money of the United States, or a United States government bond (negotiable). Letters of credit are not acceptable and would be cause for rejection of a bid. A copy of the bid bond or acceptable substitute shall be uploaded in the response attachments section, and the original document must be received by Douglas County Purchasing at the specified address within seven calendar days of the closing date and time. Questions from bidders must be submitted in the questions tab of the bid event and will be answered within one day of the questions cutoff date and time.
