Competitive sealed Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services related to the preconstruction and construction of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) Treatment Improvements at the Fort Benning Water Treatment Plant (FBWTP) and the North Columbus Water Resources Facility (NCWRF). Both facilities face current or anticipated regulatory requirements related to PFAS that necessitate implementation of new PFAS treatment facilities and associated improvements. At FBWTP, pilot testing and preliminary engineering have identified granular activated carbon (GAC) as the selected PFAS treatment technology. At NCWRF, PFAS improvements will be designed to meet the Owner's regulatory and operational objectives for that facility. additional pre bid meeting note: Interested Proposers Travel to Fort Benning Army Base Visitor's Center _ Note that a visitor's pass is required to access the Fort Benning Army Base.
