The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirement contract for the purchases of high-performance cold patch material. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their response electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number, and title. Late bids will not be accepted. The City of Arlington exclusively uses Euna Procurement for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in incomplete specifications and/or addendums, potentially rendering the bid or proposal non-compliant. The City of Arlington accepts no responsibility for the receipt and/or notification of solicitations through any means other than Euna Procurement.
