Renovation of an educational facility in Medina, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for the Orleans Niagara BOCES elevator modernization and steel renovation project for the Community Education Center and Special Ed Building. All work is to be performed in accordance with provided drawings and specifications. Bidders must submit a bid bond payable to the owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. Plans and specifications are available to prime contractors upon a refundable deposit for unmarked sets returned within 10 working days following bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, re-advertise, and to waive informalities and irregularities. Required employment conditions and minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates are specified for the contract.
