The project generally consists of: the construction of certain sidewalk, landscaping and parking improvements along and within a portion of the East State Street right of way. Question Deadline 05/13/2026 Last day to submit questions regarding the project and Contract Documents. Questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to the EURA Project Engineer. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled for the project, and delivered to the specified legal counsel at the given address. Bids must comply with the project Bid and Contract Documents. To obtain these documents, interested parties must register with the Project Engineer. Questions about the project must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline, and only responses resulting in changes to the Contract Documents will be issued as an addendum to all registered bidders. Bids must remain valid for sixty days after opening, and bidders must include dates for substantial and final completion in their submissions. Bidders are required to hold the appropriate Idaho public works contractor's license.
