The City of Southlake approved up to $14 million in certificates of obligation bonds to fund a range of capital improvement program projects, including work on water and sewer systems, streets, alleys, bridges, culverts, drainage and erosion control, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, lighting, signage, landscaping, and traffic signalisation. The bond proceeds will support construction, renovation, extension, and equipping of municipal infrastructure as part of the city's fiscal year 2025-26 capital improvement program.
