The work includes construction of a natural stone monument sign, a 15-stall asphalt parking lot with 2 concrete ADA stalls, 2 small stormwater BMP bio-retention cells, concrete flat work, pre-fabricated steel picnic shelter, pre-fabricated concrete restroom, utilities (sewer, water, electrical), pre-fabricated cantilevered fabric shade structures, split-rail fence, game tables, picnic tables, trash receptacles, benches, and landscaping. Prospective bidders are urged to register with the designated website as plan holders and are responsible for obtaining official notifications, addenda, and bidding documents only from the designated website. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical formalities, and to negotiate with responsive bidders and third parties to ensure the best pricing and terms for the City.
