The City of Dickinson is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for a Pipeline Feasibility Study for the proposed Reuse Water Pipeline - East project. The selected consultant will evaluate the technical, financial, environmental, regulatory, right-of-way, constructability, and operational feasibility of a proposed 22-mile pipeline to deliver reuse water from the City's Wastewater Reclamation Facility to a large industrial user in Richardton, ND. The project will also include potential for a force main sanitary line operating in the opposing direction, which may require lift/pumping stations at the Cities of Richardton, Taylor, and Gladstone. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
