The SERVICE PROVIDER may submit a tender for any one of the THREE (03) lots or for all lots, depending on its operational capacity. However, it must provide a price for all the services required under a single lot, as well as for the three (03) years of the contract (see Annex 3 for the price schedule). Each lot is treated individually and is the subject of a separate contract. Contracts are awarded to the lowest compliant bidder per lot.
