Site work for a water / sewer project in Mulberry, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide all labor, equipment, material, and supervision required to engineer, permit, fabricate and install a new 8' high perimeter precast concrete barrier wall/fence in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. The work includes, but is not limited to, removing select portions of an existing chain-link fence and replacing it with a new pre-cast concrete perimeter wall. Quotes must be submitted in a sealed parcel or electronically through Polk County's secure website. Vendor must self-perform all manufacturing, fabrication, and installation of the precast concrete wall components. Vendor must hold a current Structural Pre-stressed, Precast Concrete Work Specialty License, or a Certified Building Contractors (CBC) License, or a General Contractors (GC) License and have experience in completing similar projects in the past five years. The time to complete project is a total of 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to reach final completion.
