The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Procurement Process and Technical Questions: Tralee Whitley at TWhitley@clackamas.us The Bidder shall have successfully completed a minimum of five projects of a similar size and scope within the five previous years with the following project components: o Installation of a new irrigation system on an existing golf course; o Installation of HDPE 4710 DR 11 piping with current certifications in fusing HDPE pipe by means of butt fusion, socket fusion and side wall fusion techniques; o Installation of golf course irrigation two-wire decoder/IC control systems; o Installation of HDPE piping via vibratory plow. Bidder shall submit examples of project experience that demonstrate successful completion of work with the following attributes: o Project(s) with similar work elements completed in a six month period. o Work on an existing Golf Course while open to play. o Installation of 6" to 24" diameter HDPE piping inside an open trench within existing Golf Course. o Installation of 2" diameter HDPE piping via vibratory plow within existing Golf Course. o Installation of 12-2 and 14-2 direct bury communication wire and decoder controlled Golf Course irrigation systems.
