Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Azalea Park, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 150-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.
Orange County is planning construction of the Goldenrod Village Housing Navigation Center, a new homeless shelter to be built on county-owned land at the corner of Colonial Drive and Goldenrod Road in east Orange County. The facility is planned to provide 150 shelter beds and include on-site security, mental health services, drug and alcohol treatment programs, case management, and accommodations for pets. The project is intended to address a regional shortage of approximately 750 shelter beds and replace two vacant buildings currently on the site, with development anticipated to take several years following public meetings and planning. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
