The Butte-Glenn Community College District is soliciting a Request for Qualifications for a Design-Build Entity for the preconstruction, design, and construction of the District's Indoor Firearms Training Center Building Project. The facility will have a 17,586-square-foot building footprint with approximately 15,807 square feet of site improvement. The project includes a 37'x 160' rifle range, a 52' x 85' handgun range, a safe area/instruction space, a dedicated mat room, armory, storage room, three all-gender restrooms, a lactation room, and utility rooms. The site work will provide 14 parking stalls and a covered entry structure.
