Reference Number 00005019211 The purpose of this RFT is for construction services for permanent surface reinstatement to Toronto Water Repairs within the City of Toronto at the following locations: Service Area 1 - Wards: 11, 13 and 14 Service Area 2 - Wards: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 Service Area 3 - Wards: 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 The term of the agreement is for a twelve (12) month period from the date of award, with the option in favour of the City to extend the term of the agreement on the same terms and conditions, save and except indexing provided for the option year, for up to one (1) additional period of one (1) year. For further clarity, the maximum Contract term is approximately up to two (2) years in aggregate. Refer to the clause 1.6 in Part 5 - Option Renewal Terms with regards to exercising of the Option Terms.
