Repair, replace, and reconfigure deteriorated casework, flooring, plumbing, and associated systems at the Santa Fe and Taos-Picuris Indian Health Center laboratories and pharmacy areas to restore safe, cleanable, and code-compliant conditions. The work supports continued accreditation, proper equipment operation, and safe healthcare delivery within the existing facility footprints. The project includes improvements to laboratory and pharmacy casework and related building systems necessary to address deterioration and maintain compliance with applicable healthcare, safety, and building standards. This sources sought effort is conducted to identify qualified firms capable of performing the described construction work, with particular interest in small businesses and Indian Economic Enterprises, and no proposals are being requested or accepted at this time. The anticipated project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
