Sealed bids are invited for the Amory LWCF Project, City of Amory, Mississippi. There are five separate bid packages available: 1) Site Package: Includes civil site services such as clearing and grubbing, erosion control, grading, roadwork, gravel, storm drainage, asphalt, fencing, underground utilities (water and sewer), shower house final hook ups (sewer and water), and turf and grasses. 2) Concrete & Metal Works Package: Includes concrete construction for the PEMB arena, sidewalks, joint sealant, RV parking pads, foundations for bath houses, and the metal walk bridge at the sidewalk from the RV park to the ball fields. Anchor bolts will be set in this package but supplied by the PEMB package. 3) Electrical Package: Covers primary electrical circuits, pedestals at RV pads, arena lighting, arm gates, street lighting, and final hookup of the bath houses. 4) PEMB Pre-Engineered Metal Building Package: Encompasses providing and installing the Pre-Engineered Metal Building per plans and specifications, with anchor bolts to be provided in this package. 5) Bathroom and Shower House Package: Involves providing and delivering the two buildings specified in the plans and specifications for bathroom and shower houses. Bids will be received by physical delivery or electronically, and the City of Amory reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
