Renovation of a municipal facility in Granbury, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes installing new overhead and underground primary facilities; setting new poles and associated hardware; constructing the riser assembly; installing conduit, cable, transformer pads, ground sleeves, and related equipment; performing all grounding and terminations; and removing and replacing designated overhead line segments, poles, and appurtenances. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a cashiers check issued by a state or national bank or an acceptable bidders bond, payable unconditionally to the City of Granbury, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. A performance bond is required for any contract with a value exceeding One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). Bond Amount: 100% of the total contract amount A payment bond is required for any contract with a value exceeding Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($50,000). Bond Amount: 100% of the total contract amount The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities
