Site work and renovation of a civil project in Mount Eden, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Contract II (Water Storage Tank Repaint): Complete blast and repaint the interior and exterior of a 105,000-gallon ground water storage tank and perform other miscellaneous repairs. Contract II (Water Storage Tank Repaint) is 45 calendar days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, and absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used must be produced in the United States. Waivers for BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components apply to this contract. The last day for submitting questions will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2026. As per ADDA-1 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
